"I did a quick search and your prices are not only competitive, but the best out there! I needed to have a dish installed due to the long distance to your tower. I was not real interested in having perched in clear sight on my roof. The installer attached the dish to the gable underneath the eave of my roof - you can not even see the dish from the road. He did a fantastic job of running cables, so that you can barely see them - it was quite the professional job!! I've seen other installations in the neighborhood (I think Mesa) where it looks like they stood in front of the house and threw the cable over the roof and simply connected the two ends. The performance is quite impressive as well!!"

"I'd like to share my wonderful service experience with LP broadband. In mid December, I noticed some issues with my internet connections, slower than normal, etc. I thought I should make a call to ask for help but it was Christmas break for the kids, I was home, and other things seemed more important. Mid-day on Friday December 23rd our front door bell rang. It was the technician who had overseen our original installation. He was there because your monitoring of the system indicated that we were not receiving a good signal. He immediately went up on the roof, did a minor adjustment, and went on his way. I didn't even get a chance to say thanks and to wish him Merry Christmas. Talk about exceeding customer expectations!!! I'm used to waiting in long phone queues to be able to talk to a service person (previous provider, not you). Inevitably I would be made to feel stupid because I didn't understand the questions I was being asked. So to have my problem diagnosed and fixed before I even called to tell you I had a problem is way above and beyond. Thanks for Skybeam. I can't wait until you get it into downtown so that I can install on my office building."
