We have some exciting news for you! Beginning in January, your high-speed Internet connection is being provided by Skybeam, Inc.

To better serve you, ThinAir Networks has merged with Skybeam, one of the leading wireless Internet service providers along the Front Range. Locally owned and operated, Skybeam, has an advanced network infrastructure to better provide you with the outstanding service already enjoyed by thousands of residential and business customers.

What does this mean to you as a valued customer?
Skybeam is staffed to make this transition as transparent as possible. Today, there is no action required on your part, and you can continue to use your broadband access as usual during this transition. There will be some changes in logistics:

. The support phone number will now be 970-372-2824 and Email will be techsupport@lpbroadband.net .

. The cost of your current service will not change and there will only be minor changes to your billings. The bill will come from Skybeam and in the next 2 months, billings will move to either 1st of the month or 15th of the month. The first month of this new billing schedule will be prorated based on your current billing date.

. You will be able to continue with your current Email addresses. There will be some minor changes and we will be sending you information in the very near future. The goal is to make the changes by the end of January.

We are in the process of reviewing the coverage areas of the two companies. The plan is that over time you will have access to the full suite of Skybeam services and you will be able to benefit from additional products such as VOIP (internet) telephone service. 1. Where do I find more info on Skybeam?

2. Who do I call for support?
You can contact Skybeam at 970-372-2824 and Emails info@lpbroadband for general information and techsupport@lpbroadband.net for any support issues. In the short term, all of the ThinAir phone numbers are being forwarded to our number to ensure you can contact us.
v 3. I've prepaid for service, what happens?
Skybeam will honor your contract.

4. What happens to my billing?
Over time, all billings will be migrated to either the 1st or 15th of the month. The first month will be prorated based on your current billing date.

5. What are the payment methods?
Skybeam accepts all major credit cards, checks and direct bank payments.

6. What happens to my ThinAir Networks Email?
You can continue your current Email for the long term. There will be some minor changes in logistics that we will inform you of prior to making these changes. You will have the option to use the Skybeam Email if you desire.

7. I have a routable static IP address, what will change?
There are not changes today. We will give you advance notice in order to allow for a smooth transition if and when there are any changes.

8. Do you offer VoIP (Voice over IP)?
Please visit our VoIP page. At this time, we will be unable to offer this service to all of the ThinAir Networks coverage areas, but we have aggressive plans to offer the service to you as soon as possible. We will inform you when this service is available.
